When I operate directly from the dc 240 there are not problems, but when I operate from cws 5.3 from mac environment. The system is not build for it i suppose. I have lost already days and days on this machine. Driver problems, color problems, all those machines are almost the same why can't they make universal drivers? Sorry, beyond suggesting to make sure the professional finisher stacker is installed in printer driver - I would suggest asking on Xerox and Fiery forums. And At least you should confirm it is a issue on the chance something is wrong on yours. We recently went through a lot of issues with virus like activity on ours with constant reboots - Xerox could not reload the software - turned out by taking the battery out of the Fiery so CMOS would set to default that problem was resolved.
However I think we still have a color issue and so trying to reinstall again I see the same problem of not being able to install with software - maybe the battery should also have been replaced. Normally I just use a clone of the software made using or free software but that doesn't cure CMOS issues where the underlying problem is below the user software install level.
