Sorry, beyond suggesting to make sure the professional finisher stacker is installed in printer driver - I would suggest asking on Xerox and Fiery forums. And At least you should confirm it is a issue on the chance something is wrong on yours. We recently went through a lot of issues with virus like activity on ours with constant reboots - Xerox could not reload the software - turned out by taking the battery out of the Fiery so CMOS would set to default that problem was resolved.
