It is sending with some other mail carriers such as aol and i think icloud, but the smtp settings recommended by charter seem to be failing sending from apple mail. I am trying to match the aol success with the icloud success to see if i can duplicate a send friendly environment with charters configrecommendations but am only half way there with a few variations that have failed. Microsoft level three is about to have an appointed call and so wanted to be better equipped for that call informationally but am in the middle of that phase of my own testing at the moment.
