The username is your short name in OS X, not your full name. If you're not sure what it is, launch the Terminal app and you should see your short name listed at the top of the window (and as part of the command prompt).

Open System Preferences by clicking its icon in the Dock, or by selecting 'System Preferences' from the Apple menu. In the 'System' section of System Preferences, click the 'Parental Controls' icon. The Parental Controls preferences window will open. Click the lock icon in the bottom left-hand corner.

Click the back arrow to go back to the Library folder and open Group Containers.
