Excel For Mac Crash Conditional Formatting

In Office 365 Excel 2016 for Mac I’m having trouble copying Conditional Formatting rules to a range of cells and have the rules refer to the cells I’m copying to. For example, I highlight a single cell then apply Conditional Formatting > Classic style > select “Use a formula.
In fact, the Conditional Formatting can help you to solve this job, please do with the following steps: 1. First, please create a range name for the specific words list, select the cell text and enter a range name Mylist (you can rename as you need) into the Name box, and press Enter key, see screenshot: 2. The cells do seem to have some similarity to the IP addresses which I am looking for. Is it something to do with the fact that there are 4 decimal points? If I am looking for 10.54.31.7, it might highlight 10.54.31.5 as well). Any ideas as to how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated - it's so close to working!
