I have gotten a couple of work tickets lately about distribution list delivery problems. The one I am looking for an answer to is about an 'Undeliverable Email' message. My customer has taken this recipient's email address out of every distribution list she has. We at IT Support have removed his address from the global address book. She still gets the usual 'Undeliverable Email' error message for this user every time she does a mailing from her distribution list. The error message doesn't give his address, just his name. Any clue as to where we can look to resolve this issue?

My kidneys decided to go south and I've been on dialysis, which eats up a lot of time:P This is really maddening.. I delete multiple posts (i.e. From the same sources) from my Inbox, then immediately delete them from the Trash/Deleted folders, but they invariably return to my Inbox.

I guess maybe the only recourse I have (without straining my brain) is to remove Outlook, reinstall it, and then make sure I 're-import' my email files (and set up my accounts) in a neat, orderly fashion. I'm guessing I did this a bit sloppily the last time..
