I'm a Mac user. I installed Quicken 2017 (R1) with Crossover 16.2. The patch program crashed a couple of times. I exited Quicken. Switched to high-res mode. Started quicken again. Exited Quicken. Switched to low-res mode. Started quicken. Told the Help menu to check for updates. Downloaded and applied the R4 update. Now I'm running Quicken 2017 R4.
