Good games on steam under $8? I have $8 in steam. Simple enough, and I would like a new game. For Indie games here are some lists. Ricoh aficio mp 9003. Terraria, Osomos, Hoard, Atom Zombie, Swarm, Trine 1 and 2, Torchlight (just like Diablo and very good btw and cheaper then Diablo). Faster then Light, World of Goo. Elsewhere, social and online games (i.e. Service games, not product games) are not dependent on Steam in the slightest. In fact, they pose a great threat to Steam, as gamers start playing free-to-play MMOs monetized with virtual goods, rather than spending £29.99 on a game in a virtual box from Steam.

On sale or norm price? Right now or upcoming summer sale? Saints row and dead island where the 2 i meant too the problems with the bundles is you often end up getting so many games that you never play because they just werent worth it despite only technicalyl having costed like 10cent dont even wanna think about the games i still havent even touched because of a bundle/pack always great value for money, but the quality is always another matter, and OP did ask 'the best', and i wouldnt consider either of them that, they are okay, value for money is solid, but doesnt matter if you take a look at each game and only end up spending 10min playing.

Update 9 is live! That said, we've just pushed the 9th update out for everyone! It's great news for our Linux and Mac users out there, but also for those among you who might want to treat Dead Cells as a toolbox to getting creative and sharing their Dead Cells with the rest of the community.

We are indeed bringing basic, limited, partial mod support to the game. It's not in the beta branch, but we consider this to be in its first, very early, alpha state. Basically you will be able to tweak some gameplay and cosmetic stuff. But not everything.
