This would be a great feature to add to the Take Control app. In IT we are working on very high end IT systems and servers so being very precise on what we click on is critical. Sometimes a finger tap just doesn’t cut it and more precision would be extremely helpful. Marktoor, The worst I can't believe this company would put out product that you use to support Windows machines and yet there is no windows keyboard that you can use during the remote session. Absolutely appalling!
I just updated the app and now if you have a long name for the computer you can't even see the whole name unless you click on it. All this app does it slow you down and make you very unproductive. I have called them in the past to ask them about a change on the keyboard and here it is almost a year later and still nothing.
I have to tell my customer to wait until I can get back to the office to help them out as this app is totally useless.
